A pilot from a U.S. airline bought his passengers pizza. Their plane was five hours late. He ordered 50 family-sized pizzas for his 157 passengers. He paid for them himself. The airline gave him the money back. He told his passengers that the airline was cheap, but he wasn't cheap. He said: "I just ordered pizza for the entire plane."
The pilot said the airline and passengers were a giant family. He said other pilots buy food for passengers. Many pilots do special things for passengers. The pilot helped carry the pizzas onto the airplane. The pizza restaurant was surprised. The pilot said on the phone: "I need to feed my whole plane."
