South Korea pays lonely people to leave the house
Many people stay at home. They do not want to go out and shut themselves off from the world. They do not want to meet other people. They are recluses. South Korea will help these people to "re-enter society". It will give them $500 a month to leave their home. The cash is for people aged nine to 24. Korea said it wants young people to go out. It will support people's mental and physical health. |
