Do you ever think why you are so if you do not sleep ? Researchers at the University of Chicago may have an . They showed that not sleep makes people hungrier the day. Sleeplessness releases that increase the of eating. This makes us eat more. People who sleep want high-calorie snacks more than foods. People who do not sleep enough eat up to as much fatty food.

Researchers created two situations with 14 volunteers. In one, the averaged 7.5 hours of sleep. In the other, they averaged just 4.2 hours of sleep. Volunteers in the situation ate three a day. However, in the second , they could not say to snacks. This happened just 90 after they had eaten a meal that gave them 90 per cent of the they needed for that .
